Very disappointed with this product, I purchased this laptop(Lenovo IdeaPad 3 15IML05 U1a Intel i3 8gb ram) a month ago it was working fine until first week of November. It had display issues showing lines and suddenly blacking out. Later this issue was fixed by replacing motherboard by a technician.
The audio(both microphone and speaker) stopped working in this laptop after this repair. I tried updating the system and installing device drivers but none of them worked. And also I sent five escalations to Lenovo website. This computer has tons of problems which gave us headache and affecting my sister's online classes.
